Currently we are partnering with dozens is schools in NYC to support their food service programs through compliance.
Geoff has thirty years of successful administrative and operational experience at all levels of the food service: Assisting dozens of schools to become a School Food Authority, assisting with Administrative Reviews, NYSED Child Nutrition compliance training, Wellness Committees to develop policies, developing merchandising and marketing plans for Charter Schools, facilitating on-site food service evaluations, supporting sustainability and wellness programs,
facilitating applications for free grants and produce programs to increase school food funds, train managers and food service workers and understanding relationships between the number of meals served and the bottom line.
Debbie’s experience ranges from operational to administrative experience in the food service industry. She monitors the menu compliance and provides administrative and marketing support.
She assists with Administrative Review compliance, Health Dept Licenses, School Food Authority requirement documents, Federal and State Grants and Wellness program.
Tsedale has been a consultant for the past 8 years, with a diverse set of skills. She has worked closely with the marketing director of a successful Food Management company servicing Charter Schools in the New York City area and vicinity. This work has included many areas of client outreach and support, including compliance work with NYSED, research, database upkeep, and in general, maintaining good relationships with clients. Currently, she works with schools to maintain NYSED compliance and has successfully completed the NY State Food Safety course and exam. She was also responsible for weekly school food newsletters on nutrition and health.
